Yeah, so I'm starting over already!!!!!
Well, I am calling last week a false start. That is all I'm saying!
Today will be the NEW day one!
Tuesday, OCT 3
I did Ramp It Up in the morning. I had a liquid fast for 1/2 the day which
included Envia VIBE, Myoplex protein shake and water. I then had grilled chicken, 1/2 cup pasta and salad for supper. Dessert was a chocolate sugar free jello pudding cup.
I'm going to buy a measuring tape so I can do my measurements. Most likely will be posting that for a little motivation as well in the next couple days~
