WEDNESDAY, DAY 2
I haven't quit, so that enough is good.
Breakfast: can't remember...
Lunch: Chicken/rice thing out of the microwave (weight watchers meal thing)
Snack: Myoplex protein shake
Supper: Whole wheat pasta and cheese. I was out of broccoli and meat. oh well.
Snack: a few organic corn chips (just a few!) and a sugar free pudding cup
Exercise: TOO sore to do Slim in Six. I did run around the park for a while and played gym games but nothing very impressive. I could hardly walk my glutes were so sore.
