Most regretable things occur after 8pm. finding joy in salad and chicken is a persuit worth chasing after. Sugar and cellulite are best friends.

Thursday -- Grrrrs day

Food journal:
Breakfast -- canadian bacon and coffee (just like the Canadian Mounted Patrol)
Snack -- Protien shake
Lunch -- part of a healthy type of enchilata but it was gross so I threw it out.
Supper -- chicken, whole grain pasta and brocolli
Snack -- I had a yummy handful of chocolate covered almonds.
