Most regretable things occur after 8pm. finding joy in salad and chicken is a persuit worth chasing after. Sugar and cellulite are best friends.

Day one..could'a been worse

Well, since I'm doing W.W., my food intake might not look as healthy, but it's what I can stick to (hopefully). Here's todays food:

coffee with sugar free creamer
homemade bagel cheese pizza made with W.W. bagel
grapes
turkey & ham sub from Subway w/ lettuce, onions, pickles (YUM!)
baked Lays chips
snack bag of Chex Mix
1 fun sized three musketeers bar

Ok...there was lots of "snacky" food there. But it totalled 20 points, which is what I'm supposed to eat. I ran 23 minutes on the treadmill & did some side bends with a 30 lb. weight. What I did wrong was eat the chex mix at 10:30 at night after my run. I saw I had 3 points left for the day & went for it. Very bad.

I can't list my food as "meals" because I work over lunch with no break. If I'm lucky I can have a snack at my desk (today was grapes). Because of that, my breakfast is sometimes more "lunchy" so I won't starve to death at work. It's a weird food schedule.

Ran out of Time

ARG. I ran out of time today. The day began at 6:30 and I was teaching and running kids to classes all afternoon. After a late supper, the bedtime rituals last and since I had 4 hours of sleep last night I'm going to bed.

Eating, could have been much better and will be tomorrow!
I don't really want to post it....so I won't. But tomorrow will be better, better will be tommrow.

New Slimmy Signing On

Now that I am officially a "team member", it's time to join in the fun! Well, the fun will be when I can fit into my own clothes again. I can't wait! Maybe I'll even be a size smaller (it's good to set lofty goals). My strategy is to follow the Weight Watchers plan and excercise a whole lot more. Here we go.....

And I continue to strive on!

fRiDaY!

Breakfast: scrambled eggs (2 egg whites, 1 whole) and coffee
Snack: Handful of these yummy things called protien chips. They are actually quite good and have 10 grams of protien and only 15 grams of carbohydrates! They are expensive and will be my little hidden treasure.
Lunch: Burrito Bol w/ peppers, chicken and salsa. I had a hankerin' and it tasted so good.
Supper: Protien shake (myoplex)

Exercise:
Ramp it Up again. YEAH! It is getting easier!

Tomorrow I run a 5 k at 9:00am. Hoping for great weather!

Thursday -- Grrrrs day

Food journal:
Breakfast -- canadian bacon and coffee (just like the Canadian Mounted Patrol)
Snack -- Protien shake
Lunch -- part of a healthy type of enchilata but it was gross so I threw it out.
Supper -- chicken, whole grain pasta and brocolli
Snack -- I had a yummy handful of chocolate covered almonds.

WEDNESDAY, DAY 2

I haven't quit, so that enough is good.
Breakfast: can't remember...
Lunch: Chicken/rice thing out of the microwave (weight watchers meal thing)
Snack: Myoplex protein shake
Supper: Whole wheat pasta and cheese. I was out of broccoli and meat. oh well.
Snack: a few organic corn chips (just a few!) and a sugar free pudding cup
Exercise: TOO sore to do Slim in Six. I did run around the park for a while and played gym games but nothing very impressive. I could hardly walk my glutes were so sore.

Yeah, so I'm starting over already!!!!!

Well, I am calling last week a false start. That is all I'm saying!

Today will be the NEW day one!

Tuesday, OCT 3
I did Ramp It Up in the morning. I had a liquid fast for 1/2 the day which
included Envia VIBE, Myoplex protein shake and water. I then had grilled chicken, 1/2 cup pasta and salad for supper. Dessert was a chocolate sugar free jello pudding cup.
I'm going to buy a measuring tape so I can do my measurements. Most likely will be posting that for a little motivation as well in the next couple days~
