fRiDaY!
Breakfast: scrambled eggs (2 egg whites, 1 whole) and coffee
Snack: Handful of these yummy things called protien chips. They are actually quite good and have 10 grams of protien and only 15 grams of carbohydrates! They are expensive and will be my little hidden treasure.
Lunch: Burrito Bol w/ peppers, chicken and salsa. I had a hankerin' and it tasted so good.
Supper: Protien shake (myoplex)
Exercise:
Ramp it Up again. YEAH! It is getting easier!
Tomorrow I run a 5 k at 9:00am. Hoping for great weather!
